“Welcome to the coaching program on Ensuring Life Harmony, Resolving Conflict and Creating Positive Change.

In this program you are going to explore several key points that you can take to minimize conflict in your life, and transform it into harmony and collaboration.

This training is broken down into two components:

Part I – What is Conflict?

▪ “Defining Conflict” – how do you define conflict, and what key elements are at play in all conflict.
▪ “The Seeds of Conflict” – how the potential for disagreement, if not handled properly, can lead to conflict.
▪ “What Contributes to Conflict Development” – how your personal behavior can fuel the conflicts you find yourself in.

Part II – How to Deal With Conflict

▪ “Limiting Beliefs” – how these beliefs can perpetuate conflict in your life.
▪ “The Way We Manage Conflict” – what is your preferred method for dealing with conflict?
▪ “STEP into Conflict” – a practical tool for creating a better outcome in conflict situations.

Module #2 – The Seeds of Conflict
“Welcome to Module 2 of Ensuring Life Harmony where you will continue your exploration of how to productively resolve conflict with others.”

Module #3: “What Contributes to Conflict?”
“Welcome to Part 3 of Ensuring Life Harmony where you continue to enhance your skills to productively resolve conflict with others. In Part 2 you began your exploration into the seeds of conflict by looking at recent situations you have encountered. In Part 3 your discovery will continue as you further observe what contributes to conflict.”

Module #4 – “Limiting Beliefs that Create Conflict”
“Welcome to Module 4 of the coaching program on Ensuring Life Harmony.” In addition to personal behaviors that may contribute to conflict, there are some important limiting beliefs that we can hold that perpetuate conflict as well. These limiting beliefs are simple, yet often forgotten, and are powerful molders of our reality. Let’s explore what these limiting beliefs are.”

Module# 5 – “The Way We Manage Conflict”
“Welcome to Module 5 of the coaching program on Ensuring Life Harmony. Thus far you have: ▪ Created your definition of conflict, ▪ Explored the seeds of conflict by looking at recent situations you have encountered, ▪ Discovered the three types of characters in conflicts, and ▪ Learned 4 limiting beliefs that could be negatively impacting your relationships. In this section you will identify your preferred style of managing conflict and learn about the benefits and implications of that style.”

Module # 6 – “STEP into Conflict”
“Welcome to Module 6 of the coaching program on Ensuring Life Harmony. Thus far you have learned numerous tools and tips for resolving conflict with others. In this module the learning continues as you discover a practical tool for resolving conflict in everyday life.”

Module# 7 – “Lock It In”
“Welcome to the final module of the coaching program on Ensuring Life Harmony. You have accomplished a lot in this program by: ▪ Creating your own definition of conflict, ▪ Exploring the seeds of conflict by looking at recent situations you have encountered, ▪ Discovering the three types of characters in conflicts, ▪ Learning 4 limiting beliefs that could be negatively impacting your relationships, ▪ Identifying your preferred style of managing conflict and learning the 5 conflict management styles, and, ▪ Discovering a 4 STEP approach to resolving conflict.
